The Art of
Home Renovation
We apply the same level of structural engineering and interior refinement to your home as we would to a flagship architectural build, transforming dated interiors into timeless living spaces.
Start Your ProjectRenovations Done Properly
A renovation isn't just about making things look good; it's about making them last. We approach every room, every wall, and every detail with a singular mindset: measure twice, build once, and use materials that actually stand up to the reality of daily life.
We’ve cut out the unnecessary fluff. What you get is straightforward, high-quality craftsmanship, solid project management, and a finish that makes your home work better for you. No shortcuts, no headaches, just a finished job you can actually rely on.
The Functional Kitchen
Kitchens take a beating, so we build them to handle it. We focus on the things that matter: a sensible layout that makes cooking easier, cabinetry that’s actually built to last, and worktops that can handle the daily grind.
We’re not interested in trends that’ll look dated in a year. We focus on clean lines, decent quality timber, and getting the basics—lighting, storage, and utility—perfectly aligned. It’s about creating a space that works well on a Tuesday morning and looks good when you’re entertaining on a Saturday night.

Strategy & Engineering
We differentiate ourselves by placing strategy at the very heart of our practice. Before a single design is finalised, we meticulously examine the physical, logistical, and regulatory constraints of your property. This ensures a seamless execution where the final outcome matches the initial vision without compromise.
We offer a choice of build methods to suit your specific project. While our go-to is bespoke timber framing for its robust, artisanal quality, we also utilise SIPs construction where achieving maximum residential-grade U-values is the priority. When paired with thermally broken glazing, both approaches ensure complete year-round thermal stability.
Regarding regulatory hurdles, we conduct a comprehensive site viability audit. If planning permission or conservation consent is required, we can offer the service to manage the application process on your behalf, should you prefer us to handle the coordination. Build times vary depending on design requirements, but a garden room can usually be completed within 4 to 6 weeks, maintaining our exacting standards throughout.
Discuss Your RequirementsBespoke Joinery & Detail
It’s the final 10% that distinguishes a standard job from a proper renovation. We take pride in the joinery, the trim, and the way doors and cabinets sit flush with their surrounds.
We work with quality timber to create bespoke elements that integrate perfectly into your home. Whether it's custom cabinetry, shelving, or trim, we treat every piece as a permanent fixture. It’s not about decorative flair—it’s about seamless, long-term functionality that looks the part.

Before & After
We see the potential in tired, dated spaces and we have the technical ability to execute it properly. Here is the reality of our work.

Restoring Character
A window ledge is more than just a surface; it's a detail that defines the facade of a home. When this ledge failed, we chose to strip it back, fully restore the original timber, and finish it with a precise, durable coat of deep red—a bold choice that respects the building's architecture while reclaiming its former quality.
